Artists are magical helpers. Evoking symbols and motifs that connect us to our deeper selves, they can help us along the heroic journey of our own lives. Joseph Campbell
i walk by them all the time. i've been wanting to photograph them for a while. they filmed a movie in the building recently (I had to give up my parking space for the crew for a few days)...
i don't know -- i didn't ask. the tech crew was all over the place!! huge luxury rv's for the stars, lighting rigs, and a busy outdoor catering kitchen that served food all day long. i walked through the set-up several times (they were filming in winter). the last time i meandered through the tech goodies to get to my building, i slipped on ice and fell flat of my face in front of everyone. was pretty funny.

She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More
